Annie-Isabelle Hanke

Annie-Isabelle Hanke is Managing Director at Dentsu Düsseldorf where her focus and passion is about brands and their identity.
Together with her clients, she enjoys finding the sweet spot of a brand that would unleash the business advantage power. She is passionate about digital technology as an amplifier of creative ideas in business areas that go beyond communication - like new services, new social relations or new products.
Annie started her career in her native country at DDB Paris in 1991 where she experienced French benchmark creativity for Volkswagen, Taittinger Champaign and Nana personal care. During her career she took the opportunity to work both in independents and international agencies like TRUST Corporate Culture, BS&P, FCB and cayenne. At Dentsu Düsseldorf she found the perfect combination of a great network family with a start-up spirit.
Having given brand and communications advice to some famous brands, (from Nestlé, Bonduelle, Almette and Rémy Martin to Clairol, Goldwell and the Japanese Probiotic drink Yakult) she has become increasingly interested over time in the brand behind the ads, and the business behind the brands.
In parallel to her work, Annie works as a bro-bono brand coach for non-profit companies and start-ups since five years.
Annie graduated in economic- and communication science at the Technical University in Darmstadt / Germany.
In her spare time, Annie loves to cook for her family and friends and is the author of "Philosophie Cuisine", an essay series published in cultural magazines.
