In real scientific trend studies, the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank analyzes the opportunities and risks presented to its customers by current trend developments in a manner specifically tailored to their businesses. As an external consultant, 2b AHEAD also works alongside its customers as they implement the new business models discovered together.

 

In the innovation-consulting industry, the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank is known as the "anti-Mckinsey." 2b AHEAD rejects one-size-fits-all solutions and generic, prepackaged methods. If innovation management is to lead to results, then it must be understood as a change in culture. The 2b AHEAD ThinkTank helps its customers to set up innovation management that is specifically tailored to each individual corporate culture. Our team is familiar with all methods of innovation management. Drawing from our broad experience base, we know which methods will function under what conditions. We then use this knowledge to prepare a company-specific body of suitable methods individually tailored to each of our customers. 

 

In addition to the often-used methods of innovation management for incremental innovations, the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank also offers its customers a special method for disruptive innovation. This method was developed by Sven Gábor Jánszky, the Scientific Director of the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank, in his book "Rule Breakers – How the People Think Whose Ideas Are Changing the World." This "rule breakers' method" is exclusive to 2b AHEAD and is protected by copyright. The method is employed in order to help customers create their own incubators for pilot projects involving disruptive innovations. The 2b AHEAD ThinkTank so firmly believes in the quality of its consultants that, in cases of customer interest, it participates in the financial risks of these newly-developed disruptive business models.
