Hereby I bindingly order my participant ticket fort he 12. Zukunftskongress of the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank on the 18th and 19th of June 2013 at Schloss Wolfsburg:

Upon arrival of your registration you will receive a bill. Please let us know, if your billing address is different. Cancellation of participation is possible in written form and free up to twelve weeks before the event, half-price up to eight weeks before. As consequence of non-appearance or cancellation less then eight weeks before the event you will have to pay the full ticket fee. The shifting of the ticket towards a replacement is possible at any time. The host reserves the right to changes in the program due to current events.

A note on exposure to the press: The 2b AHEAD- Zukunftskongress is accessible for journalists and photographers. There is a video documentation available on the internet. With your signature you also give your approval that what you say during panels can be cited and you can be photographed and filmed during the panel. All rights for the online- and offline documentation lay with the host.  

Compliancy towards the handling of personal data: With your registration you agree to the storage of the freely given data for the execution of the 2b AHEAD-Zukunftskongress 20132 as well as for the registration and publishing in the participant register of the event in online- and offline-media. There will be no forwarding of data towards uninvolved third parties. The data will only be used by the 2b AHEAD ThinkTank GmbH and the congress partners.
